Transform T-24 M

Transform is the modular boarding machine able to board men’s, women’s, children’s socks and knee high with or without pressurized steam.

The machine has been engineered to be built according to the needs of the customer:

• Modular and compact treated steel and aluminium structure
• 24 treated aluminium forms
• Special steam chamber with max pressure of 3 bar
• Special socks pre-heating device (optional)
• New drying tunnel heated with steam, electrical resistors or both
• Patented heat recovery and tunnel dehumidification system (optional)
• Automatic stripping device for two socks patented, with conveyor belts for standard 40° and tubular
  forms and for 30° angle forms.
• Left & right output stacker to enable one operator to process boarded socks from 2 boarding lines
• Unloading through stacker with plates or with conveyor belts.
• Operator control panel with various menus
• Reduced air and electricity consumption
